Compensation & Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Starting pay: $25-$35 per hour

- Mix paint to match manufacture’s specifications
- Prepare surfaces for new paint application using manual and power sanding tools
- Refinish damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with dealership quality specifications and time standards
- Remove rust from metal, grease, and dirt from work surfaces
- Paint surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate
- Maintain tools and keep equipment clean and in safe working order
- Maintain and wear all safety and protective wear
- Comply with laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials
- Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles
- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have your own tools
- Ability to accurately color match and mix paint, preferably using Sherwin-Williams paint
- Experience preparing vehicles and equipment for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Ability to safely work from ladders and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
