Responsibilities:
• Examine formation, governance, and related legal documents to verify entity information before updating records.
• Enter, revise, and maintain legal entity data within the hCue (CT Advantage) system for multiple jurisdictions.
• Track changes, outstanding items, and status updates using organized Excel-based logs and reporting tools.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm entity details and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform ongoing quality checks to preserve consistency, completeness, and accuracy across legal database records.
• Support the implementation of entity updates and structural changes by ensuring documentation is properly reflected in the system.
• Identify data issues promptly and follow through on corrections to maintain reliable legal entity records.
• Juris Doctor degree required; active bar admission is not required for this position. Paralegal transactional candidates may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience working with legal documents, entity records, or comparable legal operations support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal forms, corporate entities, and document review practices.
• Experience with data entry, database management, and database maintenance in a structured work environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking, organizing, and monitoring record updates.
• Ability to manage detailed work with accuracy while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
HYBRID, mainly remote, in office one or 2 times a week if needed.
