A manufacturing company is seeking a Recruiter in Parsippany, NJ to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and sales roles. This position supports talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring manager partnership across a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
  • Setting: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for corporate and national sales roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to align on recruiting needs, target profiles, and communication plans
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and alternative recruiting methods
  • Track recruiting activity, provide status updates, and support compliant hiring processes and documentation

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience sourcing candidates for B2B sales positions

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with Paradox
