Regional Director of Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operational activities across multiple locations within our organization. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage regional teams, including managers and supervisors, to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to execute business plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the region.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to support regional growth.
- Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in regional or multi-site operations management, ideally within the same industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
