This position is located in Celebration, Fl where you will be working on-site and from home based on operational needs. Required when working from home is a functional private workspace with high-speed internet.
The starting pay rate for this position is $20.10/hour.
Responsibilities :
- We provide vacation planning services to Disney Vacation Club Members and inbound exchanges using numerous software applications
- We connect with members and assist with memberships, handling their accounts, and providing appropriate solutions to member concerns
- We build resort reservations, exchanges and other supplemental services
- Maintain designated levels of service satisfaction while meeting required departmental metric expectations
- Easily adapt to offering new products and services
- Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
- Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Previous experience working in hotels, travel, or national exchange company reservation
- Experience with standard office software programs including Microsoft Products
- Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
- Desire to engage with Disney Vacation Club Members providing Guest Service
- Flexible with work schedule, including additional hours, weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work on-site in Celebration, FL and remote
- Bilingual
- Experience working in a Call Center
- Experience with Travel industry
