Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements across business and technology stakeholders.
- Support Agentic Commerce initiatives, including SEO/GEO enhancements, structured data, product feeds, and product attribute optimization.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and lead requirements gathering for integration and digital commerce initiatives.
- Support the evaluation and selection of iPaaS vendors, including RFP/RFI activities, vendor scoring, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and business teams to define technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with proof-of-concept initiatives, providing business analysis and feedback for emerging Agentic Commerce use cases.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex enterprise technology projects.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and backend application architecture.
- Experience with digital commerce platforms and product data management; knowledge of SEO/GEO, structured data schemas, and product feeds is a strong asset.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering and documentation across cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting vendor evaluations, RFP/RFI processes, and solution selection is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
