Role Overview
About The Role
Product Designer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.
Delivery Scope
Responsibilities
- Design product experiences aligned to enterprise workflows, role logic, and scalable interaction models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve usability, clarity, and continuity.
- Support design systems and interaction patterns for structured enterprise product environments.
- Translate operating complexity into clear and high-quality user journeys.
- Contribute to product thinking that values function, context, and enterprise readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX systems, or enterprise interface design.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, workflow context, and product usability.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable software experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS systems, or design system environments.
- Exposure to workflow-centered product design and role-aware interfaces.
- Understanding of maintainable design language across product ecosystems.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, or related discipline preferred.
Certifications
- UX / product design certification is a plus
