Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition details within the applicant tracking system to support organized recruiting workflows.
• Assist with activities spanning the hiring cycle, from interview coordination through pre-employment and onboarding steps.
• Partner with corporate recruiters and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting progress, follow up on pending actions, and help resolve scheduling or process issues quickly.
• Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, calendars, and related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Support onboarding logistics for selected candidates to help ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex calendars in a business setting with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes within a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities and related hiring documentation.
