As we prepare to aggressively scale our multi-location footprint, we are seeking an exceptional operational leader to turn our big-picture vision into an operating reality.
Position OverviewOperating as the Integrator within our Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the COO will serve as the single point of accountability for RTR’s leadership team. Working in a tight, highly collaborative partnership with the CEO (Visionary), you will execute our long-term strategic plan, maximize profitability, remove barriers to execution, and establish operational consistency across all studio locations.
Major Responsibilities- LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability): Lead and manage the leadership team, ensuring alignment with core metrics, healthy team dynamics, and RTR brand standards.
- P&L Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the company’s P&L statement, optimizing corporate and studio-level expenses to drive ROI and cost containment.
- Market Expansion: Drive and refine our New Studio Opening (NSO) playbook to smoothly scale operations into new regional markets.
- Strategic Plan Execution: Translate our long-term Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO) into actionable 90-Day Strategic Initiatives (Rocks) and weekly Scorecards.
- Innovation & Special Projects: Spearhead high-impact corporate projects, leveraging technology and automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Executive Experience: 5–8+ years of senior operational leadership experience (COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent) with a proven track record of scaling a multi-location company.
- Industry Background: Success within boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, or a premium, high-touch customer service industry.
- Financial Mastery: Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and budgeting.
- EOS Familiarity: Prior experience working within an EOS environment is highly preferred (or a strong willingness to master the framework).
- Leadership Style: A steady, even-keeled, and stabilizing presence with the emotional intelligence to hold people accountable while maintaining high trust.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Finance is preferred; equivalent executive experience fully considered.
