Job Summary

Under general supervision, uses statistical analysis, collaborative cross-functional intelligence, and validated planning parameter settings to disaggregate the demand plan and determine the optimal inventory levels. Aligns the supply plan with the demand plan and drives stability in the supply chain.

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in (Winnipeg, MB).

Will Make An Impact In The Following Ways

  • Support supply chain operations by managing demand, supply, and inventory planning activities.
  • Analyze supply and demand data to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain and update planning parameters within materials planning systems to support customer needs.
  • Perform inventory analysis and support optimization initiatives to ensure the right parts are available at the right time.
  • Monitor inventory levels, exceptions, and supply signals while taking action to resolve issues.
  • Support Plan for Every Part (PFEP) processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform quality checks on planning data, inventory parameters, and system inputs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Follow Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including operations, purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Continue professional development and training in supply chain processes and systems.

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in supply chain, materials planning, inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) and inventory management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply, demand, and inventory data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Forklift experience is preferred.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
