- Experience with executive communications and stakeholder management.
- Experience with content development for brands or executives, including producing content for social media channels.
- Experience managing multiple areas of expertise simultaneously.
- Experience navigating a changing, ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity with the broader tech and AI landscape, including AI tool fluency.
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates an ability to clearly communicate complex internal initiatives and create highly engaging social content.
- Demonstrated program and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
As a member of the Executive and Internal Communications team, you will be part of a team which produces employee communications and events for Google executives. You will work with members of your internal client team on communications initiatives, projects and programs. You will support the work of the team to create strategic communications campaigns, come up with innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with Google's culture, write communications, business update presentations and talking points. You will also collaborate with internal partners as needed across functions (PR, Policy, Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) and geographies.
In this role, you will serve as a communications partner to some of Google’s most influential product and tech builders. You will partner closely with the Knowledge and Information (K&I) Internal Communications team to bring Google’s AI transformation story to life through engaging employee communications and external social media campaigns. You will support core internal and executive communications for select organisation leaders and elevate the external social media presence of a high-profile executive. We are seeking a versatile, agile storyteller who can simultaneously partner on clear internal business communications and AI-native social campaigns.

- Partner with select executive leaders to manage priority internal communications, helping them effectively engage their organizations and cross-functional partners. Edit communications, support internal events, and manage and analyze communication channels.
- Drive a differentiated social media strategy for executive leadership by managing content calendars, monitoring evolving AI and tech discourse, and using performance analytics to calibrate our approach.
- Experiment with social-first content storytelling (e.g., short-form video, visual carousels, trends) to humanize complex technical and product narratives and land Google's AI transformation story.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners across Global Communications and Public Affairs, People Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, and more to source content, triage incoming requests, and ensure coherent messaging across complex initiatives.
