About The Role
We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our product development pipeline and complementing our industrial design team. Your primary responsibility will be transforming technical ideas, hardware concepts, and client requirements into clear, compelling visual outputs. These include packaging, instructions, product sheets, diagrams, and presentations. You will collaborate directly with designers, management, and major accounts to ensure every visual deliverable is precise, functional, and aligned with Hardware Rebels’ standards of quality and innovation. Qualifications
- Undergraduate or College diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar graphic design position
- Experience with product-related graphics, packaging, or technical documentation is an asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with WordPress is an asset
- Strong understanding of layout fundamentals, print production, and packaging design
- Excellent communication skills with a take‑the‑lead mentality
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visual formats
- Creative mindset with strong concept development skills
- Develop and refine visual communication assets supporting product development, client collaboration, and industrial design workflows
- Support end-to-end product development projects for major accounts, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with industrial designers to translate concepts, components, and technical details into effective visual representations
- Serve as a visual design liaison for key customers, transforming feedback into actionable graphic outputs
- Create structured visual systems and component libraries to enhance product clarity and streamline development processes
- Produce high-quality diagrams, exploded views, product sheets, and presentation materials used internally and externally
- Design packaging layouts, instruction manuals, installation guides, and labels that improve usability and reinforce brand identity
- Ensure all visual materials comply with brand standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Standardize visual documentation to reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and support scalable product documentation
- Develop digital assets for web, marketing, sales, and trade shows to support product launches and strengthen brand presence
- Build and maintain a comprehensive graphic asset library aligned with company standards and project needs
