- Our girls thrive among the positive, culturally-reflective female role models they meet through Girls to Women. With an approach which sees the girls' unique attributes and 'herstories' as cues to help us best serve them and their families.
- Our program include programming around cultural awareness, STEM, videography, science, story-telling, ecology, art, reading, health, crafts, computer projects, community events, and field trips.
- You are an experienced, trustworthy, educator who is driven to creating a safe, active, inspiring, and joyful culture for our participants, staff, and families.
- You are comfortable being responsible for the overall management of our all-girl program, including staff-hiring and scheduling, spearheading program planning, coordinating field trips and consultants, keeping our spaces safe, and our girls and families happy.
