Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating communications.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility in alignment with company policies.
- Utilize HRIS systems to track, update, and manage employee information efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies, addressing any issues promptly.
- Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and related procedures.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and managing employee data.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
