We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to keep our pipeline, mining, and infrastructure projects running smoothly; the key link between the field and the office.
What you'll do:
- Support Project Managers across planning, execution, and monitoring
- Coordinate information flow between crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and the office
- Help build and update schedules and track progress against milestones
- Own project documentation: RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders
- Support cost tracking, progress claims, and reporting
- Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and daily records
What you bring:
- 2–5 years in project coordination or project support, ideally in construction/infrastructure
- Exposure to pipeline, mining, oil & gas, or heavy civil is a strong asset
- Excellent organization and sharp attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with document-control or PM software
- A proactive, collaborative, problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's licence
