Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI to provide timely, accurate business insights.
• Convert manually prepared Excel-based reporting into automated, refreshable visualizations and analytics solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, business drivers, and opportunities for improved performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting needs, clarify business questions, and translate them into practical analytical outputs.
• Use advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, Power Query, and macros, to support reporting, validation, and ad hoc analysis.
• Manage both day-to-day analytical support requests and longer-range projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve data issues and improve reporting quality.
• Review business processes and reporting gaps to recommend more efficient and scalable analytical approaches.
• Support mapping or location-based analysis when needed using tools such as ArcGIS or similar platforms.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, sales analytics, manufacturing, or another data-intensive environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, Power Query, and pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets independently.
• Ability to balance routine operational reporting with strategic analytical projects.
• Experience with business analysis methods such as gap analysis, document review, or ad hoc analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with GIS or mapping tools such as ArcGIS is a plus.
