Job Summary

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our real estate professionals and management team. This position requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for assigned team members.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic records, databases, and client files with accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments, virtual meetings, and property showings.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and transaction coordination.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as requested.
  • Support marketing initiatives by updating property listings, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating social media content.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on projects and outstanding tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide additional support as assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of administrative, virtual assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives or real estate professionals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS platforms, or transaction management software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, DocuSign, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Previous experience working remotely.
