To succeed in this role, you should know the Microsoft Office suite well, be quick at solving problems, and have prior experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as needed.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries for executives.
- Arrange business travel, accommodations, and prepare itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Keep confidential records and handle sensitive information carefully.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual tools like Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Ability to work independently while being accurate and detail-oriented.
