Ready for a career glow-up? As Financial Analyst, you’ll be supporting financial forecasting, budgeting, business planning, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. The work you do will impact beauty, as you deliver accurate financial insights that guide our retail, online, and omni business decisions. What You’ll Do

  • Support financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting
  • Ensure ongoing forecasts incorporate trends and relevant information
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Prepare analysis and reporting that include both financial and non-financial content, including recurring financial results, forecast presentations, and ad-hoc business cases
  • Support the monthly close process including preparation of variance reports and analysis with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and understand business operations
  • Support ad-hoc projects and financial analysis and reporting requests as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, with knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
  • 1-2 years of related financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or financial reporting/accounting experience; Retail or CPG industry experience preferred
  • Experience in supporting a full budget cycle, from establishing targets/goals to socialization, to business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships across the organization including non-finance personnel
  • Strong prioritization skills; proven ability to be successful in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Demonstrated success in critical thinking and decision making, understanding when to seek assistance/guidance
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and innovative professional who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Experience with Excel modelling and comfort with financial systems, preferably SAP Business Objects
  • You have comfort using AI tools and technologies to enhance day-to-day productivity
