About The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Aircraft OEM Client Partner to lead strategic account growth and new business development within the US Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for managing one of the organization's largest Aircraft OEM accounts while driving revenue growth across a portfolio of Aerospace & Defense customers.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling engineering services to major US Aircraft OEMs, expanding strategic client relationships, and leading high-value engineering services engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a strategic Aircraft OEM account with full responsibility for revenue, bookings, pipeline, and long-term account expansion.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across engineering, manufacturing, digital engineering, and supply chain organizations.
- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion within the assigned Aircraft OEM account.
- Manage a portfolio of Aerospace & Defense accounts while providing strategic direction across the account cluster.
- Lead and mentor a small team responsible for supporting additional A&D customers.
- Identify, qualify, and close new engineering services opportunities across aircraft development programs.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer business objectives.

- Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and delivery organizations to develop winning proposals.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and deal closures for multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Monitor aerospace market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Partner roles within Engineering Services.
- Mandatory experience selling engineering services directly to large US Aircraft OEMs.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing strategic OEM accounts with ownership of revenue targets.
- Experience handling complex enterprise sales and multi-year engineering services engagements.
- Prior experience managing a small sales or account management team.
- Strong understanding of Aerospace Engineering value chains and global engineering delivery models.
- Ability to position engineering, digital transformation, and technology solutions to senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Must be based in Seattle or the Pacific Northwest.
