Job Description
Maintain cleanliness of assigned area. Operate tools and equipment as trained. Clean assigned area as instructed. Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment.
- Sweeps and removes all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floor
- Cleans and dusts slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork
- Removes scuffmarks and drink spills
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other required areas
- Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
- Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
- Follow safety procedures and us of PPE
- Report to supervisor any maintenance issues in work areas and equipment.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- Must be able to use ladders up to 10 feet
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner.
- Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents
- Experience with professional cleaning equipment
- Certification to operate scissor lift and high boom preferred
- Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes
- Operate High Dusting specialty equipment
- Operate necessary equipment such as backpack vacuum, scissor lift, high boom, power washer, etc…
