About The Job
Type: Full time/Permanent
Wage: 23.00 per hour + 0.50 shift differential
Shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:30am – 6:30pm
Wednesday 6:30am – 12:30pm (42 hours)

The Transportation Center Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the incoming and outgoing traffic of all commercial, private and vendor vehicles to ensure the facility remains secured.
Essential Functions
- Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log of arrivals and departures of commercial and private vehicles.
- Check all inbound and outbound seals on vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with management on any welcome center issues.
- Interact with drivers and visitors in a polite professional manner.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight
- Monitor the Closed Caption Television (CCTV) equipment and advise management of any occurrences
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Two (2) years or more experience in freight coordination/scheduling/planning required
Non-Regulated Tech Depending on location, may be required to operate equipment and to be equipment certified

Compensation Information
