-Lead and evolve HRBP function into a strategic partner across business
-Build strong relationships with executives/managers across Product, Engineering, GTM, Ops, and other teams
-Partner with talent leadership on long-term workforce planning and talent strategy
-Serve as an advisor to executives, managers, and employees
-Lead organizational design initiatives tied to growth
MUST HAVE:
-10+ years of experience within hyper-scale companies (pre-to-post IPO experience preferred!)
-"Builder" mentality; if you can't thrive in chaos, this isn't for you!
-Proven track record of building and leading People/HR functions and orgs
Pre-IPO AI/Technology company is looking to hire a Director/VP of People to join their rocketship!
You will be the #1 People/HR employee in the company, partnering with the CEO and other executives while leading the company's people/HR function
Candidate MUST have prior experience at a hyper-scaling technology company, with a proven track record of growth and a real 'builder' mentality!
