What you will do
- Develop user interface components using React and contemporary JavaScript for internal and client-facing tools.
- Execute front-end updates and feature development for a major North American financial client engagement.
- Translate complex financial data sets into readable, interactive, and functional dashboards.
- Collaborate with principals to ensure technical choices align with the strategic goals of the client mandate.
- Refine existing codebases to improve performance and overall site maintainability.
- Write technical documentation that is clear, concise, and easy for other team members to follow.
- Provide feedback on design prototypes to ensure they are technically feasible and efficient to build.
- Test web interfaces across different browsers and devices to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Fundamental understanding of React and a basic familiarity with the wider JavaScript ecosystem.
- A logical approach to solving technical problems and a methodical process for debugging code.
- Precision in written communication, showing an ability to explain technical concepts simply.
