What you will do
  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups and regular team check-ins to ensure everyone is aligned on current tasks.
  • Identify blockers or logistical hurdles and work with the team to resolve them before they impact deadlines.
  • Maintain project backlogs and documentation with a focus on written precision and clarity.
  • Research and suggest improvements to our agile internal processes to better support our client, a major Canadian financial institution.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between project pods to maintain an efficient operating model.
  • Prepare status updates for the principals that provide a clear view of progress and potential risks.
  • Support the drafting of governance reports by ensuring all data and milestones are accurately recorded.
  • Track team performance metrics to help the firm understand where capacity can be better allocated.

  • Initial exposure to agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban through university projects or internships.
