What you will do
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups and regular team check-ins to ensure everyone is aligned on current tasks.
- Identify blockers or logistical hurdles and work with the team to resolve them before they impact deadlines.
- Maintain project backlogs and documentation with a focus on written precision and clarity.
- Research and suggest improvements to our agile internal processes to better support our client, a major Canadian financial institution.
- Assist in coordinating communication between project pods to maintain an efficient operating model.
- Prepare status updates for the principals that provide a clear view of progress and potential risks.
- Support the drafting of governance reports by ensuring all data and milestones are accurately recorded.
- Track team performance metrics to help the firm understand where capacity can be better allocated.
- A high level of clarity in both written and spoken communication.
- Initial exposure to agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban through university projects or internships.
- The ability to organize complex schedules and manage multiple items without losing focus.
