The primary duties for our cleaning specialist include washing dishes; cleaning (including, but not limited to facility break rooms, bathrooms, walls, sinks, floors, equipment, doors, shelves, etc.); collecting and disposing of waste (including trash, green waste, recycling, cardboard baling, etc). This position expects ownership and pride to ensure that the production facility is a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. This position can provide a great sense of accomplishment at the end of every shift as you can see the results of your hard work. As the shift starts very early, the position requires the person to function well with little to no supervision at times.
You should meet the following requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic problem solving abilities
- A positive attitude is essential!
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
