We’re not just looking for a dispatcher—we need someone who can handle pressure and run operations. This role is critical to keeping our projects moving, crews supported, and clients satisfied across British Columbia.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites
- Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and schedule gaps
- Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day
- Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently
- Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly
- Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage
- Support operations and improve workflow processes
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who can handle pressure and run operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or traffic control (preferred)
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systems
- SiteDocs experience is an asset
- Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
Work Environment
- Fast-paced and high-volume operations
- Mix of office and remote work (not fully remote)
- Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer: Competitive salary of $60,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience), company benefits, complimentary on-site parking, and a dedicated workstation.
