This is a full-time, on-site appointment setter role based in Bradenton, FL, specifically for a client of AccuValla Select in the marketing sector.
The Appointment Setter will reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone to qualify potential clients for referral generation.
Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in scheduling or CRM systems. The role also involves qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring that clients receive clear information in compliance with federal and state laws.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in setting appointments and appointment scheduling.
- Candidates should possess skills in lead generation and basic prospect qualification.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess solid customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing calendars and records.
- Comfort working with phone systems, email, and basic computer applications; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Bradenton, FL, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, a call center, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Sales is a plus
- HIPAA compliance training is a plus
Hours
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm with rotating half-days on the weekend.
40+/Hrs a week
Starting at $15/hr for the first 2 weeks and potentially going up to $20/hr (depending on aptitude for the position and call volume)
