As the Founding Head of Operations, you will serve as the company's operating backbone, building the machine from scratch in a pre-launch environment. You’ll own critical functions including hiring, compliance, clinical billing, and fundraising support. This is a 0-to-1 role for a high-agency builder ready to transform the fragmented aging care sector alongside a Stanford GSB founder.

- Prior experience with clinical billing systems like Medicare or commercial claims is required to manage the company's complex revenue infrastructure.
