- Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities
- Record and maintain data and dispatch information
- Notify staff of road or traffic problems
- Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a good command of English
- Be available to work a flexible schedule
- Be eligible to work in Canada
