- Issue direct and indirect purchase orders based on demand, purchasing master data, and purchase requisitions
- Drive supplier on-time delivery by actively following up on open purchase orders and resolving shortages or delays
- Maintain and update purchasing master data and provide rolling forecasts to selected suppliers based on agreements
- Support supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and supplier-managed inventory programs
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support manufacturing needs, new product introductions, engineering changes, and resolution of procurement issues
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with SAP and materials planning systems (MRP or related software preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain operations, and negotiating pricing and purchasing agreements
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Salary range $72,000- $80,000 based on experience
