- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role.

As the Strategy and Operations Associate, you will work with teams in all YouTube geographies and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations to solve our toughest challenges, execute workstreams on high priority projects, and achieve greater operational excellence within Marketing. In this role, you will devise and enable YouTube Marketing’s overall strategic and annual plans, analyzing metrics to drive business performance, and delivering high visibility strategic projects across YTM.

- Define problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives with guidance, execute components of a project plan and help deliver aspects of projects in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Support a data-driven annual business planning process and annual goals, and land the business plan in partnership with all the stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to facilitate business judgement, market understanding, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, and solve complex business problems.
- Identify and recommend strategic opportunities to support YouTube Marketing’s long-term goals.
