Position Summary
The LBH Key user is responsible for building, maintaining, sharing, and sustaining knowledge of London Poultry’s Live Bird Handling System machine and lot tracking software.
Key Responsibilities
- Train machine operators, service techs, and management team members on the safe and efficient operation of the BH
- Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of the LBH during breakdowns in all scenarios
- Act as a conduit between shifts, sharing knowledge and current conditions
- Establish assessment criteria and use that criteria to objectively evaluate operators
- Evaluate and test system performance and reliability after major rebuild activities
- $26 - $29 per hour (based on progression, experience, skills and other organizational requirements)

- Proficient use of technology including tablets
- Strong understanding of automation and machine logic
