Allto Construction is looking to hire Skilled Labour to join our growing team!
We Offer

- Work within 1 hour of the Orangeville area typically.
- Home each night for dinner.
- 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 4:00pm Friday.
- Have 5+ years experience as a skilled labourer in the excavation and site servicing field.
- Collaborate with the site servicing foremen and superintendent to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Provide hands-on expertise, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Checking grades during construction using laser, GPS.
- Prepare tools and materials required to ensure they are readily available when needed.
- Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings and trainings as required.
- Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.
- Knowledge with reading plans and use Trimble GPS equipment.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Safety-focused attitude.
- Must have transportation and a valid G licence.
