Executive Assistant (Global Leadership Support)

A leading global law firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, international environment. This role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling executives to operate at peak effectiveness while managing complex priorities and high-visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, confidential support to senior executives, acting as an extension of leadership
- Manage complex global calendars, travel, and high-stakes meetings across time zones
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagements
- Serve as a key liaison to internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve issues
Qualifications:
- 10+ years supporting senior partners or C-suite leaders in a law firm
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, global travel, and workflows
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital fluency
- Experience in professional services or similarly complex environments preferred
