We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Data Processing Analyst to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will collect, process, validate, and analyze data to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and maintain large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review incoming data for completeness, consistency, and quality.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
  • Analyze data trends and prepare reports for management.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data security policies.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in data processing, data entry, administrative support, or data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
