Compensation
- Competitive starting pay rate of $20.90 per hour
- Pay: Competitive starting pay rate based on experience and qualifications
- Increases: Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases
- Bonuses: Eligible for monthly bonuses based on plant productivity
- 8-hour shifts
- Rotating weekly 1st to 2nd shift
- 1st shift 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- 2nd shift 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
