What's happening at Vay
- First to roll out vehicles in both Europe and the USA on public roads without a human being inside & currently the 2nd largest commercial, driverless car fleet in the Western World.
- We've partnered with Kodiak to bring remote-driving technology to autonomous trucks in the US, showcasing our ability to integrate our system into heavy-duty commercial vehicles and expand the applications of our tech across the US.
- We've completed 10's of thousands of trips so far and are busy multiplying our Las Vegas fleet just to meet demand!

This role is for our day shifts which will be from 10am-6:30pm (5 days over 7). Please note that this role is 5 days in office in our Las Vegas office, this is NOT a remote role.

As a Teledriver at Vay, you'll be at the core of the team bringing this latest technology to market. We're revolutionizing the way that people get from point A to point B and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor. You will be one of the first US-based employees in one of the most exciting technology projects globally.
Responsibilities:
- Remotely drive vehicles to/from customers or transfer of vehicles within the operating area via a remote driving station.
- Interact with Vay users and provide excellent customer service
- Perform test drives as a safety driver or teledriver according to test protocols.
- Support our engineering team with performing data collection and test reports as necessary.
- You may also be asked to perform other fleet and administrative tasks to support operations and positive customer experiences
- You enjoy to drive (and consider yourself a safe and responsible driver) Safety first, second and third!
- You are happy working varying shift patterns as this is what we need for this role
- You have a US driving license, clean driving record, and at least 2 years of driving experience with Uber, Lyft, taxi or similar.
- You can pass a drug test (including THC)
- You're into gaming (or at least super familiar with technology)
- You are organized and well-structured.
- You are resilient and have a troubleshooting mindset.
- You have Google Workplace knowledge (e.g., G-Docs, Sheets, and or Slides).
- You are interested in autonomous driving and mobility.
$18 Starting, rising up to $25 an hour
