What You'll Do
- Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows
- Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs
- Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams
- 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience mapping complex operational workflows and business rules
- Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating business cutover readiness
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Deep expertise in business analysis within the financial services, retail banking, or credit union sectors
- Strong understanding of digital banking member experiences
- Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects
