Job Title: Level 1- Maintenance Labourer
Job Summary
The Level 1 – Maintenance Labourer is responsible for engaging in various facility cleanliness and organization initiatives and improvements.
Responsibility
- Maintain facility cleanliness and support general housekeeping improvements throughout the site.
- Perform workstation and manufacturing cell-specific cleaning activities.
- Drive and support facility-wide 5S initiatives to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
- Complete painting, touch-ups, and minor surface restoration on various facility and equipment surfaces.
- Conduct steam cleaning of equipment as required.
- Organize tools, materials, equipment, and work areas to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the LPS Program Manager to support continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for workplace improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent
