Title Abstractor - Birmingham, AL

• Perform title searches using public records and online databases.
• Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other property records.
• Prepare accurate title reports and identify title issues.
• Verify ownership history and legal descriptions.
• Communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation while meeting deadlines.

• Previous experience as a Title Abstractor is required.
• Strong knowledge of title research, public records, and real estate transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
