About Us
Since 1978 Air Inuit has been providing scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services in Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of over 35 aircraft ranging from a Twin Otter 300 Series to a Boeing 737 200C, 300 and 800 and employs over 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of employee residences, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Perform housekeeping duties in airport office spaces.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal cleaning task lists.
- Use cleaning products and equipment responsibly and according to guidelines.
- Manage inventory and maintain supply levels of household products.
- Report items in need of repair or maintenance.
- Follow all company health and safety protocols.
- Perform other related duties as required to support overall operations.
- Secondary 4 education or equivalent relevant experience.
- Functional bilingualism in French and English; Inuktitut considered an asset.
- Punctual, autonomous, organized, and dependable.
- Comfortable working flexible or atypical hours.
- Able to adapt to unexpected situations or schedule changes.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- The employee will be assigned without a specific base.
- Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy.
- Rotational position: 2 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks off.
