As we continue to grow across Quebec and Ontario, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help attract the talent behind our success, for both technical and corporate roles.
This high-impact contract mandate offers the opportunity to directly influence the quality of the teams delivering our projects.
Your Mission
- Attract and secure key technical and corporate talent
- Proactively approach passive candidates in competitive markets
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with project needs
- Advise and influence hiring managers with credibility
- Execute the full recruitment cycle with rigor and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Proactive Outreach
- Identify and actively engage talent through LinkedIn, targeted networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build strong talent pipelines aligned with upcoming project needs
- Maintain ongoing market intelligence and awareness of industry trends
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
- Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards
- Present and close offers with professionalism and relational intelligence
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify real business needs
- Provide candid market insights and challenge assumptions when necessary
- Act as a credible ambassador of the Broccolini brand
- Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
- Introduce innovative practices aligned with our business reality
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition function
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong direct sourcing expertise, particularly for technical roles
- Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries (strong asset)
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships
- Strategic thinking combined with structured execution
- Confidence, credibility, and a high level of integrity
- Ability to influence with respect and business acumen
