We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Communications Assistant to join our on-site team in an entry-level capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with different audiences, learning effective communication techniques, and supporting impactful outreach initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Communications Assistant, you will support the communications team in executing daily activities that strengthen our brand, enhance public engagement, and maintain consistent messaging across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with team members to assist in planning, producing, and delivering content that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and distributing internal and external communications.
  • Support the production of outreach materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Participate in community engagement and on-site communications initiatives.
  • Help manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience interaction.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure messaging is consistent and projects stay on schedule.
  • Conduct research, monitor trends, and help evaluate the performance of communication campaigns.
