To join our team as an Operations Analyst. Program and Operations support staff play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to established guidelines. These roles encompass various functions, including data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process improvement. The successful candidate will help deliver a Commercial and Industrial energy program in Ontario.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week in the office for a team meeting. To be considered you must be in the Greater Toronto Area.

- Develop reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to policies, processes, or tools.
- Lead and participate in staff meetings.
- Manage special projects and function as a team lead when needed.
- Create dashboards using PowerBI and develop KPI trackers.
- Juggle multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities at a moment’s notice.
- Organized, self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
- A strong verbal and written communicator.
- Friendly, people person who is passionate about the environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in an analyst role.
- 0–4 experience in energy efficiency.
- Post-secondary education in Sustainability, Energy, or Business.
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) for data cleaning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with e-blasts (Mail Merge, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or VBA is an asset.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
$32/hour
Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements
If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements.
