About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate strategic projects, meetings, and business initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges.
  • Organize meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items.
  • Support executive communications and maintain organized documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
