The part-time HR Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the People team by coordinating key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role helps deliver a seamless employee experience by ensuring HR operations are accurate, organized, and responsive while serving as a trusted resource for employees and internal stakeholde

    ation. Coordinate and process payroll across all applicable payroll providers by maintaining accurate employee data, processing employment changes, validating payroll information, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll proces
  • sing.Onboarding. Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire documentation, system access, equipment requests, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a positive employee experi
  • ence.Offboarding. Manage offboarding activities by preparing documentation, coordinating system access removal, facilitating equipment returns, and ensuring a smooth and compliant departure pro
  • cess.Recruiting Coordination. Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process by scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers and recrui

    3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administ

Salary
When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $33-$37 USD hourly. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region.
