Job Title: Contracts Manager

Overview:

Take on a vital role overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for a leading organization in the telecommunications sector. As Contracts Manager, you will lead negotiations, review, and draft carrier customer agreements, right of entry/access deals, and amendments, ensuring all contracts align with business objectives and compliance standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and influence key agreements that support company growth and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–8 years of contract management or negotiation experience
  • Strong knowledge of telecom/service agreements, carrier contracts, and Right of Entry (ROE) agreements
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and review skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deliver timely results
  • Effective collaboration with Sales, Legal, and other departments
 

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Law, or related field
  • 6 to 8 years in contract negotiation, preferably within telecommunications or similar industries

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work virtually within U.S. time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
