Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas.
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
- Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Basic understanding of infection control protocols.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
