About You...
- Experience: Previous experience in guest service or hospitality is ideal; familiarity with front desk or night audit duties is a plus. You handle guest information with integrity and discretion.
- Independent & Reliable: You’re self-sufficient, organized, and take pride in maintaining calm and accuracy throughout the night.
- Detail-Oriented: You approach every task — from guest requests to nightly reports — with precision and care.
- Multilingual: Additional languages are always a plus.
- Guest-Focused: You’re warm, approachable, and ready to assist guests with professionalism, no matter the hour.
